ASIDIIDA

Welcome to the Legislative website for Interior Design in the Carolinas.

This site is supported by the Carolinas Chapters of both ASID and IIDA.  Our vision is to advance the interior design profession in both North and South Carolina by becoming the next states to achieve occupational recognition through professional regulation. We are dedicated to pursuing the regulated practice of interior design professionals; recognizing the occupation protects and enhances the health, safety, and welfare of people occupying interior spaces.  We also look to protect the consumer from unqualified designers practicing in our states.

Look for this website to be the unified voice of impassioned interior design professionals and concerned citizens alike. Please bookmark this site and keep checking back for current news and informative resources regarding the grass roots initiative to promote the profession of interior design and protect consumers in the Carolinas.

If you would like to add your voice and energy to this effort, please check our Contact & About sections for more information on who you can contact and what you can do.
